Among the objectives of CIBELAE is to promote the coordination of different activities of the members of the Corporation in order to exchange information and experiences, subscribing to this effect cooperation agreements between partners. Therefore, the Board of Directors of the Corporation approved on May 18, 2010 in Acapulco a training program for regular members of CIBELAE.
This program, which has been carried out annually, is an incentive to professionalism and to share the best practices in Ibero-American Lotteries that are members of the Corporation. The training program also provides participants with the necessary tools for a better performance of their duties derived from the completion of internships in Lotteries in other countries. Within the training activities, CIBELAE has also opted to offer other learning formulas for its members, such as the one used in 2012, which consisted of a course taught by the Universidad Iberoamericana de México, with the obtaining of a diploma in «Skills» strategic and commercial in the lottery industry. «
